Jonathan has over sixteen years of full time Real Estate sales experience. As a licensed Real Estate broker, he and his sales team have specialized in ground-up development of residential new construction, flipping, as well as buy-hold investing opportunities. Jonathan has over 1,000 transactions under his belt, and has been in the top 3% of his market, both by units and by volume for 8 years running.
Jonathan has turned his full time focus to the acquisition of value-add multifamily properties in the Hampton Roads and greater area. Having been born and raised here, Jonathan enjoys building communities, and leaving real property in better condition than when he found it. Jonathan holds a BS in Business Administration from Regent University, he is proud father and fitness and outdoors enthusiast.
Rachel Beasley- Marketing & Sales Director
Rachel has a passion for people, her family and real estate! Along side her husband she has helped over a thousand people sell, own or build a home. She has a unique creative eye for new construction and loves seeing a piece of dirt evolve into a beautiful family home. Her coaching background helps her understand and strategize for each of her individual clients needs, situation, goals and desires. Rachel believes relationship and education is key to working with each of her clients and she loves diving in with her clients to best help them. She also has a big emphasis on innovation and the role digital and social media channels have in achieving business objectives. She brings over ten years of experience in digital marketing and social media strategy. Her experience within digital includes video marketing, celebrity branding, lead generation across multiple social media platforms, and paid media campaigns, just to name a few.
Rachel has been featured multiple times in “Hampton Roads Real Producers” magazine, and has also appeared on WKTR News 3 “Coastal Live” as an expert guest in the arenas of Real Estate, and digital marketing. Rachel loves the outdoors, being a wife and mom. When she is not working with clients you will find her with friends and family.
